  • Keep contents of first aid kit in a waterproof metal or plastic box.
  • Prescription medicines (four-week supply)
  • Bandages and Band-Aids
  • Antiseptic
  • Adhesive tape rolls
  • Aspirin
  • Insect repellent
  • First aid handbook
  • Scissors
  • Antibacterial soap
  • Safety pins
  • Thermometer
  • Needle (for splinters)
