Your privacy on the Internet is important to us. Because there are parts of this Website where we ask you to provide us with certain types of personal information, we want you to know how we will use it.
Foremost provides voluntary forms for you to request online quotes, update or change information on your policies, and file a claim. We will use the personal information that you give us to prepare a quote, issue a policy, update or change your policies, or handle a claim.
In addition, the Financial Services Modernization Act (also known as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) was signed into law in late 1999. The Act requires financial institutions, including insurance companies, to have written privacy policies that must be made known to customers.
Our privacy notices are annually mailed to customers and are also available online.
The privacy notices are available to view in PDF format. To view PDF format, please download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you do not want Foremost to share personal information with AARP and AARP Services for purposes unrelated to the Foremost Insurance Programs, you can follow the "opt out" instructions in the Foremost privacy notice.
Even if you "opt out" with Foremost, however, you may still receive mailings from AARP and other providers of AARP member benefits and services. If you are not an AARP member and you do not wish to receive AARP membership solicitations, you may instead call AARP directly at 1-888-687-2277. If you are already an AARP member, and you do not wish to receive promotional mailings from, or have your membership information shared with, other AARP service providers, you may similarly contact AARP directly at 1-888-687-2277. You can read about AARP's information collection and privacy practices on the AARP Web Site.
For more information on the actual Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, you might check with your local library, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), or your congressman. You can reach the FTC toll-free at 1-877-FTC-Help (877-382-4357), or write them at FTC Consumer Response Center, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Room 130, Washington DC 20580. The GLBA text is available at www.ftc.gov under "Privacy Initiatives."
Foremost Insurance Company pays royalty fees to AARP for the use of its intellectual property. These fees are used for the general purposes of AARP. AARP and its affiliates are not insurers.
Availability: The AARP® Mobile Home Insurance Program from Foremost is offered in most states but may not be available in your area at this time. This program is unavailable in certain Florida Atlantic and Gulf Coast counties, Washington D.C. , Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Products, coverages, coverage amounts and discounts may vary by state and may not be available in all areas.
About the coverages described on this site: Your insurance contract is contained only in your policy, not in this website. Your insurance protection may vary from the coverages described here, depending on the standard coverages included in your policy and the optional coverages you purchase. Some coverages are not part of the policy unless you purchase them. Credit is only used by underwriting or rating where allowed by state law. We use credit-based insurance scoring in some cases.
